Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All custom and personalized items are final sale.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• To ensure a successful order please carefully review all requested
  customization details before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for any errors requested and submitted by the
  customer, including spelling, grammar, dates, or design selections.

Note: You may request a proof of the laser design elements to be sent and
approved by you via email or text before the product is made.

                -If design proofs are requested and provided: Production will begin only after                    the proof is approved in writing approval.
                -If proofs are not requested and provided:Orders will move directly into                              production based on the information submitted at checkout.

If there is an error on our part (incorrect laser design, damaged
item), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We
may request that you provide us with photos of the product you received so
we can best understand the problem and help resolve the issue. We will need
may also request that the product sent back to us before for a replacement
product to be is produced and sent.
